Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Nutty’s Den our mission is to delight pet parents as much as their pets do. We are aware that it’s not something easy to achieve; after all our four-legged babies set very high benchmarks of the joy they provide. 

We strive to ensure that the products you purchase from us are free of defects and up to the quality standard you seek. However, in certain rare instances, it may so happen, that the item you receive from us is defective or not suitable for you or your pet. In such cases, we will happily repair or replace the item or offer you a store credit for your return.

Nutty’s Den Return & Refund policy is as follows:

- If you face an issue related to sizing, damage or defect, please contact us at woof@nuttysden.com within 7 days of you receiving the item.

- Our representative will connect with you to better understand the reason for return & to provide you with the necessary information to ship the item back to us.

- The item would need to be returned in its original condition, unused and with its associated tags & packaging intact.

- On receipt of the product, we will undertake an assessment to understand the nature of defect or damage. Basis this assessment, we will proceed forward with an exchange, replacement or store credit. Store credit will be for the original invoice value of the item.

-The following categories of items cannot be returned:

  a. Products that have been personalized

  b. Grooming products such as shampoos, conditioners, deodorants, etc.

  c. Hygiene essentials such as training pads, diapers, etc.

  d. Opened food/treat packs

  e. All products of Jazz My Home
